Job Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for the optimization, administration, and support of the organization’s core business applications. While serving as the primary subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks (eCW), this role also drives broader digital transformation by managing cross-functional technical projects and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and end users to define business needs and resolve system issues.
- Manage workflows to improve efficiency by reviewing, analyzing, and improving the performance and efficiency of existing systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all eClinicalWorks (eCW) issues, requests, and questions.
- Support clinical application enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting.
- Train new and existing clinical and non-clinical staff on system use and new features.
- Assist with new module and application implementations.
- Stay current on eCW releases, cumulative patches, and JIRAs to ensure the platform remains secure and optimized.
- Collect user feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Prioritize and manage application enhancements, fixes, and updates.
- Troubleshoot software and application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Document issues, test solutions, and prevent recurring problems.
- Support report creation, policy development, and KPI reporting.
- Lead major upgrades for smooth adoption.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), specifically in system configuration, back-end configuration and workflow mapping.
- Proficient in clinical reporting and data analysis; experience with eCW EBO Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs) or similar reporting modules preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and lead education sessions for clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to translate complex clinical needs into technical system requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong understanding of outpatient operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot between high-level project management and granular technical support.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
Compensation: $76,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

Our psychiatrists treat a number of mental health disorders, including anxiety, stress, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, dementia, depression, ADD ADHD, alcohol and chemical dependency, and more. Our Psychiatry practice was founded on the principles of treating patients with care, compassion, and understanding.
